✧ Ingredients:

50 ml distilled water (solar-infused, if possible)

3 drops ylang-ylang essential oil

2 drops rosemary essential oil

2 drops frankincense essential oil

1 small rose quartz (cleansed and charged)

1 amber glass spray bottle

 

 

✧ How to Prepare:

1. Light a candle. Breathe slowly.
2. Pour the water into the bottle with reverence.
3. Add each essential oil, one by one.
4. Drop in the rose quartz and whisper:
   “Amplify the love within me and let me be seen as I am.”
5. Close the bottle, shake gently with intention.
6. Visualize a glowing pink-golden flame around you and speak: “Living flame, dancing light, let the world see what shines in me.”
